This simple but elegant girls smocked Christmas dress by Vive La Fete is a darling outfit for any little girl that wants to wear the "Christmas spirit". This dress (or jumper) is green and white gingham  featuring a classic  Santa Claus design which creates the smocked portion.  Santa's cap is accented with a  3-D yellow pom pom ball.
Not only do you getting the smocked dress, but you're also get the Peter Pan blouse with red rick rack trim and dainty gathered sleeves. The back of the  dress features a  double row of buttons all the way down.  This is a very special outfit with lots of  little details that make it unique.

The baby girl is wearing a smocked bubble from the Vive La Fete for RagsLand in the  size 12 months.  This is a precious bubble for the hot days of  summer.  It is a red and white check seersucker bubble with criss cross straps in back.  The smocking design is of  ocean life and seahorses  on the front.

Her sister is wearing a red and white gingham  seersucker shorts set tha has straps that criss- cross  in the back.  Just like her sisters, there  are seahorses and ocean life smocked on the pleated insert.

I love the accessories Big Sister is wearing: polka dot sandels, red fingernail polish!, and a big red bow. It's so much fun being a girl!

Pigs might not be the first thing that comes to your mind when you think about smocked clothing for children, but you have to admit, these smocked pigs are adorable. This smocked jumper from the Vive La Fete Collection is made of easy-to-care-for polyester/cotton fabric. It is so easy to put on and take off since it buttons at the shoulders. It has a 3 inch hem which can be let out as your child grows. It comes with a white short sleeve blouse with a peter pan collar trimmed with dainty pink ric rac. It has button closures in the back. The jumper can be worn with the white blouse or without. The smocking design on the jumper includes the cutest pink pigs that you can’t help but love!

I am partial to this outfit because I decorated my first child’s nursery with a barnyard theme and pigs were a big part of that. I painted pigs and cows and horses on the baby’s crib and stitched an appliqué pig wall hanging to match the cow, chicken, and lamb wall hangings. We also had also had a wind up plush pig that played music. This little outfit reminds me of those days.
