This adorable short sleeve dress is hand smocked with bright cupcakes for birthday celebration or for any special occasion! The pink and blue floral design is  a lightweight woven cotton fabric which buttons and ties with a sash at the  back.  The collar is trimmed with pink rick rack for a nice touch. The comfortable, 100% cotton dress is  easy to care for and is machine washable
