I found another great smocked boutique shoppe called The Snowbunny Boutique.  This smocked bishop Christmas dress is an example of the beautiful smocked dresses that are available in many sizes.  This Bow Peep dress has a round yolk with  puffed sleeves and is made of bright red poly/cotton fabric, an easy to care for fabric. It is decorated with the cutest snowmen and Christmas tree embroidered on the smocking.
